詢(xún)盤(pán)回復(fù)時(shí),注意回答問(wèn)題的先后順序。將客戶(hù)關(guān)心的問(wèn)題(郵件中提到的問(wèn)題),進(jìn)行必要的重復(fù)或者強(qiáng)調(diào),(也可以顯示在報(bào)價(jià)單中)
沒(méi)有邏輯布局,想到什么就寫(xiě)什么,語(yǔ)言不夠?qū)I(yè)簡(jiǎn)潔,作為采購(gòu)商,要看的郵件很多,花在看你郵件的時(shí)間是非常少的
到任何一封詢(xún)盤(pán)我們都應(yīng)該先分析客戶(hù)的真正需求,然后再解答
回復(fù)是妥當(dāng)?shù)?,在客?hù)明確了自己的要求,而你們沒(méi)有現(xiàn)成一模一樣的,可以向客戶(hù)推薦類(lèi)似的,或者繼續(xù)跟客戶(hù)確認(rèn)他要求的細(xì)節(jié)是不是必須完全一致。
建議同學(xué)可以從下面幾個(gè)角度去考慮問(wèn)題:讓自己在產(chǎn)品上比客戶(hù)專(zhuān)業(yè)??蛻?hù)給出尺寸,建議客戶(hù)具體厚度,客戶(hù)要求環(huán)保,告訴客戶(hù)具體材質(zhì),新舊料等,不要說(shuō)我們是專(zhuān)業(yè)的 。這種話(huà)其實(shí)是廢話(huà),用實(shí)際告訴客戶(hù)怎么專(zhuān)業(yè),產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量怎么好,直接告訴客戶(hù)幾天可以樣品,讓客戶(hù)先看產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量是否過(guò)關(guān)

不好,客戶(hù)可能看不到,第一封發(fā)信,不要出現(xiàn)價(jià)格,產(chǎn)品等詞,可能會(huì)被服務(wù)器屏蔽。
這個(gè)客戶(hù)兩年前想換供貨商,我們給他寄過(guò)樣品但沒(méi)合格,想再發(fā)下,你看我這樣寫(xiě)行不行啊
客戶(hù)對(duì)產(chǎn)品有詳細(xì)的要求,客戶(hù)的采購(gòu)的產(chǎn)品比較明確,也說(shuō)明客戶(hù)對(duì)產(chǎn)品可能比較了解。
數(shù)量方面,可以通過(guò)客戶(hù)的網(wǎng)站來(lái)判斷客戶(hù)是進(jìn)口商,中間商,還是最終的用戶(hù)等,判斷其采購(gòu)數(shù)量是否真實(shí)。從詢(xún)問(wèn)裝箱量中可推斷客戶(hù)之前可能沒(méi)有進(jìn)口過(guò)此種規(guī)格托盤(pán)。
